MaintenanceWith CMpro you can manage the maintenance activities of your entire location, including components like air conditioners, complete production lines or other additional inventory items. CMpro serves as a memory aid for responsible technical personnel and informs them of planned activities. Technicians are informed by e-mail, when equipment maintenance is planned, and told which parts or aids are needed. This can be also be used for your external service providers. The execution is electronically registered (e.g. with PDA) and informs responsible personnel about the successful (or unsuccessful) system maintenance. The complete workflow is traceable and can be evaluated at any time! Qualification ActivitiesWork with qualification activities is handled similarly in CMpro. Sometimes repair of a system requires a re-qualification, which can be planned and followed in CMpro. Documents pertaining to maintenance and qualification activities can serve as a model.
